All jewelry on our web site is available for purchase (subject to prior sale) in the gallery, online, or by phone or email. All purchases will be beautifully wrapped in a de novo signature gift box.
Purchases from our inventory may be exchanged within two (2) weeks of the date of purchase, either for another piece of jewelry or for store credit. We do not give refunds. Special and custom orders are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Payment for purchases in the gallery can be made by cash, check, or credit card (VISA, Master Card, or American Express). Payment for online purchases can be made by credit card (VISA, Master Card, or American Express).
In addition to in-store shopping, de novo also offers secure online shopping. Clicking the buy button near the bottom-right corner of an item’s large image adds that item to your shopping cart. You can change or remove items in your cart before finalizing your order. Online orders can only be shipped to your billing address.

Prices and Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to the price of jewelry purchased in the gallery or shipped to a California address. Sales tax is not charged on items shipped out of state. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We only accept exchanges for jewelry from our inventory that is in perfect, unworn condition, and packaged in the original de novo gift box with the receipt. Special and custom orders are final sales and cannot be exchanged.
If you are returning jewelry for exchange, you will need to pay for shipping and insurance. Insure the package for the full value of the jewelry, and package it in a box that will provide complete protection for the jewelry during transit. Ship to:

Online orders can only be shipped to your billing address. After we receive payment for your order, we will ship it on the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
We ship by insured UPS within the United States. We only ship to street addresses, not to P.O. boxes. All orders shipped require a signature upon delivery. Please provide a delivery address where you know someone will be available to sign for your package. UPS will send you a confirmation of shipping, with a tracking number. We do not ship internationally.
For online orders, our default shipping method is UPS 3-day. We also offer the other shipping options listed below. When you get to the shopping cart you will be able to choose which option you prefer.
